1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the DiamondVault website and services, operated by Desiree Collective Sp. z O.O., registered in Poland at Rondo Ignacego Daszyńskiego 2B, 00-843 Warszawa, Polska. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service

We provide a digital top-up service for in-game currency ("Diamonds") used in the mobile game Mobile Legends: Bang Bang. We are an independent service and are not affiliated with Moonton or Mobile Legends.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or have parental consent) and legally able to make purchases in your jurisdiction. You must comply with the official Mobile Legends Terms of Service when using any diamonds delivered by us.

4. Orders & Delivery

  • You are responsible for providing the correct ML User ID and Server ID.
  • Diamonds are typically delivered within 1–30 minutes after payment confirmation.
  • Delivery to an incorrect ID provided by you is non-recoverable.

5. Payment & No Refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable. No refunds, returns, or chargebacks will be issued after payment has been processed. See our Refund Policy for details.

6. Prohibited Use

  • Reselling diamonds without authorization.
  • Using stolen payment methods or fraudulent information.
  • Any activity that violates Mobile Legends' Terms of Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Desiree Collective Sp. z O.O. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to account suspensions issued by Moonton.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, including "Mobile Legends" and "Moonton", are property of their respective owners. We claim no affiliation.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Warsaw, Poland.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The current version is always available on this page.
