Refund Policy

All sales are final and non-refundable.

No refunds or chargebacks are issued after payment is made.
We do not offer refunds for in-game currency once it has been delivered to your Mobile Legends account.
Because digital goods are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, you waive your right of withdrawal upon purchase, in accordance with Article 38(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014.
If a delivery fails due to incorrect ID/Server information that we cannot correct, please contact our support team with your order number within 7 days.

Disputes & Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback after diamonds have been delivered is considered fraudulent. Desiree Collective Sp. z O.O. reserves the right to pursue legal remedies and ban offending accounts/IPs.
